All of our products are made in US sizes, please be certain to select the correct size prior to ordering.

The majority of our pieces are stainless steel. We strongly recommend removing all pieces that are not stainless steel prior to coming in contact with water. Our  Armrings must be warmed up prior to putting on or taking off to prevent breaking.

All in-stock items are shipped out within 24 on a business day.  note that during high volume times, additional processing days may be required.

Please be certain the address you provide us with is accurate. In-stock items are shipped out within 1 business days.

If a packaged is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, the 2nd shipping is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

ValhallaCrafts is not responsible for any customs or duty charges international customers may receive.

All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your package; as some products become sold out or discontinued, and we will be unable to offer a change. 

Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items if you would like to initiate a return. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed using the payment method you provided at checkout. In order for a return to be accepted, the item must be in brand new condition with no signs of wear.

In the event that an item arrives damaged or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us immediately upon arrival and we will help with any issues.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 4 hours from placing your order. If your order has already been shipped or processed we are unable to cancel your order. If you wish to change something in your order, please also do this within 4 hours. Once we have begun fulfillment of your order, we cannot offer changes. 

Coupon codes must be used at the time of placing the order and cannot be added afterwards. Once a code expires, it will no longer be reactivated.
